HB Soft 2 Putter

The HB Soft 2 lineup pairs Cleveland's Speed Optimized Face milling with nine stroke-specific head shapes, each built out with a matched hosel, toe hang, alignment system and grip. Pick the shape that suits your stroke and the rest of the putter is already spec'd to complement it.

Speed Optimized Face Technology

Groove lines sit tight through the middle of the face and spread wider toward the heel and toe, evening out energy transfer across the striking area. Off-centre strikes hold their distance far better than they otherwise would. Each head shape gets its own milling pattern, tuned to that model's CG and MOI so distances stay consistent from one shape to the next.

Stroke Specific Design

Nine shapes across blades, mallets and everything between, each assigned to either a straight or slight arc stroke. Hosel style, toe hang, alignment lines and grip are all matched to the stroke type rather than left as separate choices to get wrong.

Consistent Swing Feel

Every shape was measured at each available length, and a counterbalance weight brings both standard lengths to the same feel. Both stock grips weigh the same too, so swapping between the oversize and the pistol doesn't change the balance.

Stock Specifications

Lie 70°, loft 3°. Straight-stroke models (8C, 11, 11C, 15, RETREVE) ship with the HB Soft 2 Pistol Oversize grip, .600 core, 72g. Slight-arc models (1, 8S, 10.5P, 11S) ship with the HB Soft 2 Pistol, .580 core, 72g. Putters at 35" and over include a 20g counterbalance weight.
