Warranty Policy
At Chris Cote’s Golf Shop, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. All warranty claims follow the policies set by each manufacturer. While specific terms may vary by brand, most vendors provide warranty coverage for up to two (2) years from the original purchase date.
What Is Covered
Warranty coverage generally applies to:

Manufacturing defects

Structural or material failures that occur under normal, intended use
What Is Not Covered
Warranty claims do not apply to:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care

Breaks resulting from human error

Normal wear and tear
To be eligible for a warranty claim, the break or issue must be determined to be a manufacturer defect, not user-related damage.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your club has broken due to a defect:

Bring the damaged club to any Chris Cote’s Golf Shop location.

A team member will inspect the club, complete the necessary paperwork, and submit the claim directly to the manufacturer on your behalf.
Processing Time
Turnaround times are determined by each manufacturer. Most claims take approximately 2–4 weeks from the time the vendor receives the broken club. Some timelines may vary based on vendor volume, parts availability, or shipping.
