Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

If you need shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses, additional shipping charges and transit times may apply.


International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the customer.

We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location. If tracking information shows that a package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for stolen or missing packages.

If your package is missing after delivery:

  • Please check around your property and with neighbors
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
  • Contact local authorities if theft is suspected

We will gladly assist customers in providing tracking details or documentation needed for carrier claims.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [your support email].


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and work toward a replacement or resolution.
