
Mizuno has announced a replacement and exchange program for certain Mizuno Pro M13 irons after identifying a potential durability issue affecting some clubs.
During an investigation, Mizuno determined that certain Mizuno Pro M-13 6-irons, 7-irons, and 8-irons may develop dents or deformation on the clubface after repeated use. Mizuno has emphasized that this issue does not affect all clubs and that the 4-iron, 5-iron, 9-iron, pitching wedge (PW), and gap wedge (GW) models are not impacted.
What Should M-13 Owners Do?
If you own a set of Mizuno Pro M-13 irons, we encourage you to inspect your 6, 7, and 8-irons for any signs of denting or deformation on the clubface.
Customers who believe their clubs may be affected should submit a claim directly to Mizuno through the official replacement request application:

Available Options for Affected Customers
Option 1: Replacement Clubheads
Customers may choose to receive replacement Mizuno Pro M-13 6, 7, and 8-irons.
The replacement clubs will be built to match the specifications associated with the serial number of the original set and will be shipped directly to the customer at no charge. No return of the original clubs is required for this option.
Option 2: Exchange Your Iron Set
Customers may elect to exchange their entire Mizuno Pro M-13 irons for one of the following models:
- Mizuno Pro M-15
- Mizuno Pro S-3
- Mizuno Pro S-1
- JPX 925 Forged
- JPX 925 Forged Black
For customers selecting this option, Mizuno will provide a shipping box for the return of the complete M-13 iron set. Once the clubs are received at Mizuno's warehouse, a new set will be built based on the customer's selected model and the specifications associated with the original serial number.
Please note: The exchange program is available through August 14. After that date, any future warranty or replacement requests will be handled through the replacement clubhead program only.
