How to Care for your LAB Putter

YOU DESERVE A PAT ON THE BACK

You're pretty smart for buying a L.A.B. Golf putter. Seriously.... the thing basically stays square by itself. Why would any serious golfer play anything else?

And while you probably know how to take care of a putter, L.A.B. Golf putters are a little different than the rest. Here are a few tips to keep yours looking and performing its best.

WHAT NOT TO DO

DON'T MESS WITH THE SCREWS

We've hand-balanced your putter to your exact specifications. It's been tested mutiple times to ensure the balance is perfect. Trying to adjust or remove the weights could alter that balance.

DON'T BEND THE SHAFT

Trying to bend the shaft of a L.A.B. Golf putter for any reason is a bad idea. The lie angle of your putter is fixed and can't be adjusted. Bending the shaft will cause damage to the putter head and the overall balance of your putter.

WHAT TO DO

USE YOUR HEADCOVER

We're using premium metals and finishes on our putters, but it's still a good idea to use a headcover. A ding or scratch in the wrong place is really annoying.

REMOVE WHITE MARKS WITH WATER

Our L.A.B. Golf putters have incredibly durable finishes. Over time, you might see white marks appear on the head if you have a DF 2.1 or Mess.1. Grab a towel, get it wet, and give it a wipe. It will disappear.

ADD A DAB OF OIL FROM TIME TO TIME

If your putter finish is looking a little dull, give it a wipe down with a dab of oil and a rag. Any oil will do. Your putter will look extra sharp when you're done.
