Store Policies


Hours of Operation

Chris Cote Golf is located in Portland CT and operates on Eastern Standard Time. Our hours of operations are listed below for your convenience. We have a voice mail system which we check regularly, so if you reach us during closed hours, please leave a detailed message and we will return your call promptly.

Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM  |    Saturday 9:00AM - 5:00PM   |    Sunday: Closed


 
Shipping

We ship all of our products via UPS and all orders placed before 1:00 PM PST will ship same day pending that the product is in stock and not back ordered. We also offer expedited shipping to ensure you can receive the product you need in time.

You will receive a notification e-mail from UPS with your tracking number and estimated arrival time. All packages are sent insured so there is no concerns about broken products on arrival.

WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY HANDLING FEES! Any order placed with a shipping address that does not match the billing address is subject to verification prior to the order being processed and shipped, please allow 1-2 additional days for processing before shipment.

  • The FREE Shipping offer does not include Ping products
  • Hawaii and Alaska are excluded from our free shipping offer
  • Orders $150 & up, a signature may be required upon delivery


UPS does not deliver on the weekends, unless you have requested a Saturday delivery. A Saturday delivery adds an additional cost to your shipping method, to check rates and to upgrade your shipping method please call 860-342-2226 for additional information.

If you purchase an item on a Friday and you request a Next Day Air delivery, the item will be delivered the following Monday, unless you request a Next Day Saturday Delivery as stated in the previous paragraph.



Payment Methods

  • We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover). 
  • We also accept bank checks or money orders (personal checks are not accepted).
  • Chris Cote's Gift Cards: If you would like to redeem your gift card online we can do it.  When you go to checkout put the gift card number in the special instructions box. Once I check the amount on your gift card that amount will be refunded. Please allow a few days before you see your refund.

 



Sales Tax

Our apologies go out to our Connecticut Customers. Since our business is located in this state, the state and federal governments require that we charge sales tax on orders shipped within Connecticut.

Sales tax will automatically be calculated and added to all orders shipped within Connceticut. All other non-Connecticut customers will not be charged sales tax on their purchases.



Pricing Policies

Chris Cote golf's pricing on brand-name merchandise is competitive with any “nationally recognized authorized internet and catalog retail" price. We are so confident in our pricing that if you find a lower price from an authorized retailer.

Chriscotegolf.com will match 100% of any published price on a stocked item from an authorized website on any identical, in-stock item.* Just show us the lower price within 30 days after purchasing the product from us and we'll refund the purchase difference as a credit to your account. This policy does not extend to promotional giveaways or special and limited offers. Price matching cannot be combined with any discounts or promotions.



Damaged Shipments

Occasionally, a product is damaged while in transit. But don't worry, we insure all packages! It is a good idea to check your packages for any signs of shipping damage before opening and note any damage. Please keep your original packaging slip as you will need it for your return. If there is obvious damage, please do the following:

  • Call the shipping company (UPS ) as soon as possible to submit a damage report.
  • If you do need to return the products, follow the returns instructions found at this link.
  • Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Should you need to return merchandise due to a damaged shipment, Chris Cote Golf will promptly replace your merchandise upon receipt of your return.
