Shipping Rates and Methods
GIFT CARDS will ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS), unless a shipping upgrade is selected during checkout.
Shipped within the contiguous 48 states*:

*Due to package size restrictions from UPS, some large or bulky items (such as bags, travel cases, and hitting nets) may have an oversize package handling charge applied. Items with oversize handling charges will be clearly indicated in the product description at the product purchase page. The additional charge for oversized items will vary depending on the size and will be combined with the regular shipping fee in the shipping charge box at checkout.
These promotions, noted as "Free Shipping," "Free Ground Shipping" or "Free Standard Shipping" have the following restrictions:
- Standard shipping promotions typically apply only to UPS ground shipments. Other shipping methods (2nd Day, Next Day) are not included in these promotions unless noted as such.
- Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico ship via UPS 2nd Day or Next Day service, and are therefore not included in the shipping promotion unless noted as such.
- Due to package size restrictions from UPS, some large or bulky items (such as cart bags, travel cases, and hitting nets) may have an oversize package handling charge applied. Items with oversize handling charges will be clearly indicated in the product description at the product purchase page. The additional charge for oversized items will vary depending on the size and will be add to the discounted shipping fee in the shipping charge box at checkout.

Next Day and 2nd Day Services Transit Times
Orders requested via UPS Next Day should arrive the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after leaving Golf Galaxy. Orders sent via UPS 2nd Day should arrive within 2 business days from the date of shipment. On-time delivery for these services is guaranteed by UPS subject to their terms and conditions.
Orders must be placed by 12:00 noon (ET) Monday-Friday to be eligible for that day's Next Day or 2nd Day shipments. Orders placed over the weekend will not be shipped until Monday. Please take this into consideration when using these services.
Chris Cote Golf makes its best efforts to meet the timing requested for delivery. However, if the requested timing is not met, the customer's remedies are limited to the guarantee provided by UPS, a refund of freight charges, and/or the opportunity to return the purchased items subject to the Company's Return Policy.
Tracking Your Order
At the time your order is shipped, you will receive a UPS Ship Notification via email. A link is provided in this notification that you can use to track the delivery of your order. We suggest that you save this email until your order is fully received. If you do not have access to this email, you may also contact a Chris Cote Golf at 1-860-342-2226.

Most items shown on Chriscotegolf.com will be in stock and available for immediate shipment. On the occasion that an item is not available, we will drop ship direct from THE MANUFACTURER, please allow 3-7 additional days for processing before shipment.
Shipping Delays and Damaged Goods
Because of size and weight limitations, shipments may arrive in more than one package. Please wait a few days for all units to arrive before communicating with us. The number of packages shipped is indicated on shipping labels and on our invoice. Delivery time varies with distance and method of shipment used.
If it is necessary to inquire about a delay in the delivery of an order, please state the name and address under which the merchandise was ordered, the date mailed, description of merchandise and any special information which you might think necessary to enable us to trace with the carrier.
If an item reaches you in damaged condition, save the shipping carton and notify Chris Cote Golf at once to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us unless you receive our instructions to do so. This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim. All claims for damaged goods or shortages must be made with the carrier within ten days of invoice date.
No return merchandise will be accepted without valid cause and only with our written authorization. All returns must be prepaid and must be accompanied by the original packing slip. We recommend saving the original carton.
Items purchased and shipped to a different location than the billing address.
Due to fraudulent orders, we will not ship any product other than a Gift Card to a different location other than your billing address.
